VISION: It is my prayer that as a Conference we provide our students opportunities to grow in the knowledge and understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, gather together with other believers of their age, and serve as a part of the body of Christ to affect the world and spread the Love of Jesus to those in need.
I believe that Youth Ministry is an integral part of the body of Christ and those that are called to teach them should be well trained and equipped to do so. Therefore, I believe it is our responsibility to provide youth leaders with resources and training that will help them be successful in reaching the students that God has given them influence over as well as provide opportunities for leaders to partner together, build relationships with each other, and collaborate together so that we can have a larger influence in this generation.
It is my heart to see a generation that is on fire for God, that chooses at a young age to give their life wholly to Him and not spend one day without Him. I believe 1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light". I believe we are Chosen by God to be set apart unto God, different than those around us so that we can be a witness to God's greatness and glory; a light on our campuses, a light to our friends, a light to our families, giving God all the glory.
